Have you ever wanted to try YOGA? If so come along and experience the benefits of YOGA in a small class with a warm welcome!

 

A typical class will consist of an initial period of preparation usually breathing and simple movements, to warm up the joints and muscles before going into the main posture work. The main postures will be based predominantly on Hatha yoga to strengthen and tone the body and breath. Following the main postures there will be a period of breath work and relaxation. Throughout the course of classes offered, there will be a variety of breathing and relaxation techniques sometimes involving a sound or visualisation.
