Classes take place at Woodhouse Community Hall, Forest Road, Woodhouse, Leicestershire LE12 8TZ.

The hall is lovely, warm and welcoming, with good car parking facilities.

I make sure class sizes are small for plenty of individual attention. Therefore class places must be booked and payment made in advance so I can properly plan for everyone's needs.

Information for class:

Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely in exercise and wear layers of clothing. If you have your own mat and blocks please bring them along its always nice to use your own equipment, however I have some available if you don't have them. Always bring a blanket for the relaxation sessions you will cool down quite quickly when you stop moving! You might like to bring a water bottle and any medication for asthma etc. Please do not eat a heavy meal before class.
